    Pros

Flexible scheduling which is great for students or part timers. Also option to pick up shifts on your own. Most management staff was supportive and helpful.

    Cons

Pushy with credit card sales (depending on manager). If you aren't a good multi tasker, might not be job for you. Often it's only you to keep dressing rooms and floor clean, plus help customers and run register for your department.

    Advice to Management

Help staff to grow and learn!

    Pros

Flexible schedule, was able to work around classes, became very close with my colleagues, other then that not much else positive to say

    Cons

Having to work during holidays. black Friday especially, management puts overwhelming pressure on sales associates, commission rates are low and come with strings attached, even if you are just on commission you still have to do non-sales related work. Which is annoying because it is free labor.

    Advice to Management

Adjust the commission policies in order to give at least a base hourly minimum for sales associates. Being more approachable to sales associates, seem to have a mightier then thou attitude

    Pros

Paid time off and employee discount

    Cons

If you are over 40 and have years of experience and have proven yourself there is still no opportunity for advancement. The company will promote and quickly advance young people with no work history or job skills. The younger group under 35 can be poor performers but still get a promotion because of their age.

    Advice to Management

Look at performance and experience over youth.
