    Pros

This company understands the industry. their unique approach sets them above and apart from regular staffing companies. If you are looking for top dollar don't bother with this company however if you tend to operate based on integrity and craftsmanship this is the place for you. Madden understands not all jobs are for all people.............your not blacklisted if a job does not work out like other staffing companies. this company goes the extra mile to match craftsmen to the right job. the jobs provided are a fair wage and if you don't make enough money its because you didn't go to school long enough to make a good wage. this company specializes in finding jobs for licensed professionals.

there is a reason this company has hit the top 100 companies to work for in Oregon

    Cons

no cons other than sometimes its slow and not a lot of jobs com in

I worked at Madden Industrial Craftsmen as a contractor (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Sometimes they get ok paying jobs. A lot appear to be as said lower paying with no real
advancement path. probably perfect for someone with just Some experience, a good faker
or someone just starting out in a field.

    Cons

Most of the jobs they get in industrial anyway are not ok. and they will try to steer you
towards a job that may be far less then what you wanted. at least some of the interviewers
seem to not have a real grasp of what may be going on in your job market, and misunderstand
what you specify to them, then give you a Knee Jerk response to that.

I worked at Madden Industrial Craftsmen as a contractor (less than an year)

    Pros

    Weekly paycheck and weekends off

    Cons

Promoted to have many industrial trade jobs, i.e. MACHINIST, MILLWRIGHTS, CNC OPERATORS, etc... The fact is they only offer low wage day labor type work with no long term stability, but while masquerading as the latter.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Maybe reconsider their advertisment to reflect facts about the types of jobs they offer.
