    Pros

They will give you so much of work you will learn almost everything!

    Cons

    - No good seniors: They hire random unexperienced people at senior positions which will make your life tougher than you can imagine. - Forget Self Respect: Client can abuse you, make you do silly things which you know are harmful for campaign. But there is no senior who will explain that to client for you. - Work/Life Balance? Forget your personal life!! - Workload: They hire 2 people for doing the work of 10 people. - When you resign. HR will ask you to bring your replacement as they can't hire people on their own. - Advice: Never be a minute late and never work for a minute late. you come 1 minute late there is half day. You work 12 hours late, NO PERKS!

    Advice to Management

Your TOP management is not everything. Junior employees are the people who do all the work. Please give them the respect they deserve.

    Pros

The only pro here is people can fool each other... no knowledge other than media planning

    Cons

No career growth. People get appraisals not on basis of work done. No knowledge bank. No recognition what so ever... gave appraisal after delay of 1 year and refused to give the same for next year with argument that this includes 2 years tenure.

    Advice to Management

Please be system dependent and not people dependent. Train HR on how to hunt skilled resources.

    Pros

If you don't get any job any other agencies or any where in the world, yes, you can work at Madison. Only one thing I learned from Maison is to work for more than 12 hrs a day and to be quite when there is no salary revisions

    Cons

You will be asked to work more than 12 hrs a day and even on weekends and public holidays. Even after 6 months of salary revision due date, you won't get a revised salary. You will be given excuses like no ink in the printer to print your appraisals or increment details..

    Advice to Management

No advice for the management. Its like in their blood...
