    Lot of learning opportunity

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsBeing #1 in the market and a complete shipping line, there is lot of room for learning (vessel operation/equipment operation/capacity/marketing/sales/customer service/forwarder/clearing agent,, all under one roof)!! Lots of opportunities to work internationally and diversity in the work force. Friendly for foreign nationals!

ConsAverage payer, promotion/increment/recruitment depends lot on local management, like all other shipping lines Maersk also struggles to provide work/life balance to its employees..

Advice to Senior ManagementInternal recruitment should be neutral.
