Pros – health care, my brother and sisters i have work with for over 25 years

Cons – management will not listen to senior employees the have been in the business for over 30 years

Advice to Senior Management – hire salary employees that know something.....these kids do not know anything.

Cons – no communication from management to employees

Pros – It's a job nothing more, no future

Cons – You need to have been hired 20 years ago or you kiss ass in order to be still working there

Advice to Senior Management – Get off your chair and rid yourself of the DEADWOOD

benefit plan was good
Very interesting Field, latest technology, innovative in design and technology
Has a couple of Unions to protect workers rights
Health and Safety was followed thru

Cons – Very negative environment overall
Disloyal and deceptive staff
Constant flux in staffing
No respect for staff not part of the Unions
Outrageous turnaround

Advice to Senior Management – Listen to the employees need and or concerns and ideas
Update your systems (technology)
Follow employment equity standards
No respect for Human Rights Commission and policies
Expect same level of respect and courtesy from all levels
