    Pros

Good money for the most part, coworkers are amazing, in a nice area and usually a decent shift is had.

    Cons

No communication. Management never sticks to their word. I was a corporate trainer for another company and was told I was going to be a major asset to my particular restaurant.. Ya no, that didn't happen. Some of the cooks aren't very nice but they deal with a lot I don't know about.

    Advice to Management

Stand behind what you tell employees.

    Pros

There are individuals who are very passionate about the hospitality industry. There approach to customer service is contagious and it's easy to buy in. Their objective is to achieve high customer satisfaction surveys (which will in turn effect the bottom line).
The money is pretty good and benefits (while they were there) were great.

    Cons

Change in GM leadership. The GM that I had was purely bottom-line driven. It sort of took the fun out of it and the work atmosphere started to become cold.

    Advice to Management

Realign focus to the customer and not the bottom line. It makes it more fun that way.

    Pros

This experience with this restaurant was like working at McDonald's. Most if the employees and Chefs were high on cocaine and other stuff. Drugs were being sold ... They need to hire better and professional people whom understands the business aspects of operating a fine dining restaurant, and not so focus on cheep labor..

    Cons

Its amazing how the kitchen management team deals with favotizim and how the covet up the accidents that takes place there..

    Advice to Management

Seek professional experience and then we can be able to discuss business.

    Pros

It was very easy to build a relationship with the managers and the rest of the team. It seemed that upper-management specifically chose very receptive, understanding, and open-minded individuals to run the front of the house operations. The vibe was as laid-back as a corporate restaurant could be.

    Cons

Banquet serving was hard work and the walk from the banquet rooms to the kitchen we're worse than they looked. Also, the hours we're very long (12-14 hour shifts on your feet)

    Advice to Management

Continue hiring managers with the right values in mind. Your managers we're good leaders yet understood that they we're also part of the pack and no better than anyone else.
