    Pros

    work-life balance was better than a lot of other places

    Cons

    I found it to be very cliquey and full of inter office gossip which made it a very uncomfortable environment to walk into, not professional at all

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    try to make it a more professional environment so new employees don't feel so intimidated and aren't scared to contribute what they have to offer. After all you hired that employee because you saw something in them. Give them a fair trial and make sure they know what your expectations are up front, not after the fact.

    Lunchtime - Lots of places in the area to escape to when you need a moment to recover.

    Cons

    CEO truly has no understanding of how to value his employees and manufacturing partners. It's all about the almighty dollar. His normal practice is to suck the life out of everyone and then discard when no longer useful. Rinse and repeat.

    Give psychotherapy a shot.

    I was able to network and meet people who helped me find the job of my dreams.

    Cons

    President of Muse is awful. The ethics were out of line with my own. Be careful if you take a job there, your spirit will be broken.

    Pros

    There are no pros for this company. The culture is horrendous and employees are not compensated as promised

    Cons

    The corporate culture is a combination of the devil wears prada and mean girls- this includes men and management. Orders to discounters get shipped before department stores at cheap prices, leaving sales associates to lie to majors. There is A LOT of drama no matter how much business you bring to the table.

    The design team is cool and can learn a lot from the back office

    Bad hours, horrible CEO, disorganized, clicky, just over all not a positive atmosphere and not a good company.
