    great company, focused on succeeding.

Quality Auditor (Current Employee) Liverpool, England (UK)

ProsI have been given great opportunities since I started here 3 years ago, have learnt a lot of new skills. The company are really focussed on providing training for employees who have the potential to make a difference and are always looking to the future.

ConsManagement are not always good leaders and often can make rash decisions under pressure, temporary labour through recruitment agencies don't always have the same interests as the companies full time employees and are willing to let the company fail, but the company don't see this and keep those individuals within a job

Advice to Senior ManagementEOS is not the best way to find out what your employees think about you as a company, getting on the shop floor and talking to the staff to find out what we are thinking can sometimes go a long way.

    Sweat Shop.... Period.

Maintenance (Current Employee) Concord, ON (Canada)

ProsGood benefits, profit sharing and wages.

ConsPoor managemnet style "depends on different divisons". They change policy to fit their needs, does not benefit employees or their families. No work-life balance here. Alot of them promoted within, therefore have no people skills. Yearly bonus which drives them to get more production out of the employees. Quantity over quality, can make a car with a bad part but not with no part.

Advice to Senior ManagementTreat you employees like human beings, no like FANUC robots.
