    Pros

Recent growth and globalization are creating more opportunities for job growth. Strong intern program

    Cons

Tenured employ salaries fall short of peer salaries at other companies. Leadership development though a corporate objective is lacking here. Difficult to take time off, or work less than 60+ hours per week. Sr. Management is not approachable.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Please communicate with, and trust your mid-level managers to make decisions, and support them if/when they make mistakes. Provide your people with the resources needed to eliminate burnout, and stoke productivity.

    Pros

Fast pace dont work the whole year if you permanent, great benefits, great shifts, got to be hired on first.

    Cons

Once you prove yourself as being a hard worker and love to be part of the team. Wait for about 1yr to 3yrs making about $10.00 to $10.50 before you get hired on. Third shift outside paint supervisor do even know his own job. to much negativity.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be a Team, there shouldn't be any supervisors coming in with a bad attitude. please pay attention to all 3 shifts, there is a lot of favoritism, no leadership.

Current Employee - Quality Auditor in Liverpool, England (UK)

    Pros

I have been given great opportunities since I started here 3 years ago, have learnt a lot of new skills. The company are really focussed on providing training for employees who have the potential to make a difference and are always looking to the future.

    Cons

Management are not always good leaders and often can make rash decisions under pressure, temporary labour through recruitment agencies don't always have the same interests as the companies full time employees and are willing to let the company fail, but the company don't see this and keep those individuals within a job

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

EOS is not the best way to find out what your employees think about you as a company, getting on the shop floor and talking to the staff to find out what we are thinking can sometimes go a long way.

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee in Carrollton, GA

    Pros

Plenty of work and business is booming. Future of the company is very good. Very diverse portfolio.

    Cons

Upper Management turns over constantly and expects more dedication to work than home and family. Worked there for 8 years and averaged 1-2 days off per month for over 4 years. No pay increases and very abusive language. Salary and Hourly employees were very dedicated and passionate but Management did not care and hid issues from Corporate.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Listen to Salary Support Staff and Hourly staff. Re-prioritize vision and goals.

Current Employee - Maintenance in Concord, ON (Canada)

    Pros

Good benefits, profit sharing and wages.

    Cons

Poor managemnet style "depends on different divisons". They change policy to fit their needs, does not benefit employees or their families. No work-life balance here. Alot of them promoted within, therefore have no people skills. Yearly bonus which drives them to get more production out of the employees. Quantity over quality, can make a car with a bad part but not with no part.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Treat you employees like human beings, no like FANUC robots.
