I worked at Magna Seating full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Salary an benefits are above average. Paid time off between Christmas and New Year's Day. Medical benefits are very good.

    Cons

Wasn't able to work from home. Many companies now will allow employees to work from home one day a week or once every other week. It's a very helpful option for those employees who have a long commute.
