Pros
freedom to influence decisions.
good work/life balance.
Small enough company, allowing quick enough processes
Good place to learn and even make mistakes along the way.
Cons
no significant career progression opportunities
cubicles style office which doesn't allow for innovation
bad inter-departamental communications
