Too many Procedures
Lack of recognition for the people who are with the company during the difficult time and bringing back the people with higher salries who lleft the company during difficult times.
Advice to Senior Management
Look at eliminating some of the unwanted procedures which doesn't add any value.
Pros
1. good training program : good learning atmosphere for freshers
2. good number of leaves available
3. Various projects, more oppertunity to work in diff domains

1. Long bench period: Till you sit on bench, you wil forget all technology
2. Project Staffing are interview based, less projects more people

5.Need to maintain hours daily

HR's should be mone available.I used to seat in Hyderabad, whereas my HR (my band allocated to) used to sit at Bangalore.We never talked.Only after I resigned she called me once.Managers are not very approchable,they should be mone open, if they remembers the faces and names, people will feel valued.
Pros
Strong technical team, long running projects and SAP and oracle competency Mahindra Satyam has makes still going. Mahindra brand is fetching but at the same time Tech M brand is pulling down.

Poor management and no long term vision. Lots of job uncertainty and many big accounts are slowly dieing down. Need a long term vision.

Onsite opportunities are good. So one can join this company for these.

You should not be expecting many things except traditional work experience

Please revive your promotion process or else it would be difficult to retain the best in the industry at the middle management level.

Good place to work. Good place to start your career with very good training facility.
Learning will be there (but solely depends on the nature of project).
Have some very good clients and some projects include ample onsite opportunities (but it depends upon your luck).

Appraisal and ratings are given solely on the basis of your reputation with your manager.
Good work is appreciated but that also depends upon the manager.
As a trend of corporate culture, you can find politics and favoritism everywhere in the company.
