Cons – Post events of 2009 there appears to be significant change in organizational culture - whic makes it a very different place than what it was before management change;

Advice to Senior Management – Demonstrate integrity, build trust with employees which in turn will translate to improved customer experience furthering profitable growth

Pros – Some exceptionally talented and nice people whose network is worth a stay of 6 months in this organization

Cons – Extremely political and bureaucratic
No interest shown in promoting professional growth of individuals
Feedback not constructively taken and sometimes backfires on the individual

Advice to Senior Management – The revenue opportunities are just reflective of the market. To sustain especially for a services company resource is the key.. Focus more on career management for the resources.
