Sky is the limit here
Ample opportunities to grow if right potential is demonstrated
You need to showcase your merit to get opportunities and then stride

Salary is not competitive for existing employees who have remained through tough times.
No bonus or profit sharing.

Focus on talent and retention should be given due priority.

Mahindra SAtyam pays Salary on time (whatever salary it is but you get paid on time)

No promotions for deserving candidates, people who work near head office get a chance to contribute more and more

Please allow employes who work from non head office location (pune/mumbai/bhuwaneshwar etc) to be participated in BU or organization activities

Too many Procedures
Lack of recognition for the people who are with the company during the difficult time and bringing back the people with higher salries who lleft the company during difficult times.
Advice to Senior Management
Look at eliminating some of the unwanted procedures which doesn't add any value.

1. good training program : good learning atmosphere for freshers

3. Various projects, more oppertunity to work in diff domains

1. Long bench period: Till you sit on bench, you wil forget all technology
2. Project Staffing are interview based, less projects more people

4. Bad image after the scam
5.Need to maintain hours daily

HR's should be mone available.I used to seat in Hyderabad, whereas my HR (my band allocated to) used to sit at Bangalore.We never talked.Only after I resigned she called me once.Managers are not very approchable,they should be mone open, if they remembers the faces and names, people will feel valued.

1) Synchronization between upcomming projects and recritment is lacking. I have seen people are on bench for more than one year.

Retaining of middle and Senior level Management and Investing on new avenues of buisiness.
Pros
Strong technical team, long running projects and SAP and oracle competency Mahindra Satyam has makes still going. Mahindra brand is fetching but at the same time Tech M brand is pulling down.
Cons
Poor management and no long term vision. Lots of job uncertainty and many big accounts are slowly dieing down. Need a long term vision.

Need transparency in appraisal system, benefits does not match with similar employers, less training opportunity
