    Pros

Good for people who are starting there careers.

    Cons

    - HR , Travel , Associate Development , pretty much the entire policy making has one goal that is cut expenses at the expense of Associate.
    - Poorly maintained Appraisal Cycle

    Advice to Management

Make investments to reap benefits.Looking at PL sheets and cutting expenses won't make big profits.

    Pros

Was a typical Indian services company with Raju, since then people are working hard to increase revenue and customer base. There are some hard working folks at the senior level.

    Cons

Is nowhere near its best of times, at offshore everything is scrutinized, including swipe in/out time.

    Advice to Management

    Will it matter?

    Pros

On one hand it is a growing force in the IT Outsourcing industry. Has been showing good growth. Part of a good group of companies - The Mahindra Group.

    Cons

Has just gone through a merger with Tech Mahindra. Need to overcome the bad fallout of the Satyam Scandal.

    Advice to Management

    Should aggressively promote the brand.
