    Pros

Unique and more growth opportunities for new talent. Options to take higher role and management supports such initiatives.

    Cons

Not a good pay master, management is more focused on investor's delight instead of associates. Cost cutting at all the corners instead of investment for long term sustainability.

    Advice to Management

Start looking into talent retention. Associates expect a lot from the new management on associate delight (including monitory benefits) but nothing much is happening. Company needs a lot of investment on associates, solutions and capability building.

    Pros

Company is very stable, there are lots of opportunities to work with great clients in various countries, Also once you have proven your worth and are in the eyes of the management, it is easier to carve your career path. You can switch between projects and take up new roles.

    Cons

Even though there are opportunities, you need to be proactive and develop network to use the opportunity. Compensation varies on various factors.

    Advice to Management

Management has a broad perspective but more empowerment of middle layer employees is needed.

    Pros

    - global presence
    - good client roster including many Fortune 500 companies
    - "Practice" approach to building competency
    - CMMI Level 5 capability

    Cons

    - Compensation

    Advice to Management

To mine the potential within the company, existing talent needs to be valued (both in salary and role terms); otherwise there will be a 'revolving door' phenomenon costing the company talent and money
