should provide better training, sometimes independent learning can be problematic, coworkers are too excited and curious, also can be tense at times

very little office politics, u get ur work done and no one bothers u. the work is easy, easy hours

low pay, no bonus but there is overtime pay which is nice for an accounting firm, u dont really learn much. so its easy to study for ur cpa and go somewhere else

They pay twice a month and the company will be around for a while!

Cons

Midsized firm that can't decide whether to be a big firm or a small one. The partners are constantly thinking "lets do a big deal" but that deal never ever comes.

Advice to Senior Management

Give employees a clue of what is going on around the firm. Especially those not in New York.
