They are organized, caring, great product, caring, professional, hard working, and have great management.

The pay is less for sales associates and supervisors compared to other companies.

Overall leadership is good, maybe just include sales associates more with what is going on!

Pros

At the time, the store was updated and beautiful. However, they moved, and the new store is frumpy and old looking. The carpeting is buckled, and the merchandise is not particularly fashionable or attractive. In fact, it is downright dull and boring.

Cons

The District Manager was sloppy, stayed on the phone when she visited, and she could not give clear training or directions. Not a good place to work.

Advice to Senior Management

Hire a District Manager who knows how to work with and grow people through training and clear, succinct direction.
