    Pros

The position was flexible and allowed me to break away to attend children's functions and work from home on occasion. The majority of the Keene NH workforce had long tenures with the company and typically worked very well together. Pay and benefits were competitive

    Cons

During a 2009 reorganization, IT leadership positions were relocated to the Jacksonville FL home office. This limited advancement potential for those in the Keene office. The Jacksonville office had much higher turnover rates at both the management and team member level.

  2. If you like working for arrogant children this is the place for you.

    Pros

Avoid working in IT at this company. It will only bring you sorrow.

    Cons

Terrible managers from the CIO down, but especially the CIO. Don't expect bonuses. They are pretty much a myth. The company has had 3-4 years end over end poor results.

    Advice to Management

Lose the attitude, stop treating employees like children, trust your employees, stop being so arrogant, get better managers, get a clue.

    Pros

You could be an agent and they pay for your classes. They have plenty of chances to advance your career..

    Cons

There realty isn't any problems. I had gotten along with everyone.

    Advice to Management

They would allow you to talk to them if you had a problem. No matter if it was personal or business. If you want to advance, You could go in and ask what you need to do.

    Pros

None, except for their so called pension, if you manage to survive that long, which is highly unlikely

    Cons

Too many cons to fit in this box. Basically, the IT department is a sweat shop, they pay 1.25 times the average salary, and get 3 times the average work done from you. So go figure. Dont get attracted by their so called better salary and better benefits, you will regret joining this company within a month of joining. Total chaotic infrastructure department and messy buggy losers working there who dont know what they are doing

    Advice to Management

Cant advice management , because they are too dumb to get advised.

    Pros

benefits are ok , nothing else

    Cons

management sucks, treat employees as slaves, frequently puts employees under the bus,
old timers with hardly any skills make money through the roof, new comers sweat it out

    Advice to Management

treat all employees fairly and professionally, dont talk to them like they are your slaves, there is a big degree of unfairness

    Pros

    Financially stable, growing, average pay

    Cons

Don't train employees, don't properly train agents, no perks, sweat shop style high volume approach writing as many small accounts as possible, poor management

    Advice to Management

Bring in younger management. The 1980's style / approach makes other competitor jobs much more attractive.

Not much room for advancement. Recognition is scarce. Thankfully there aren't any more cons I can think of.

    Pros

If you are looking for a steady job & aren't looking for a lot of career advancement then this is the company for you. I mean that in the most positive way. In other words if you just want to come in, do your job, get paid and have no desire to "move up the corporate ladder" then this is a good place to work.

    Cons

The managers have poor people skills. They tend to treat their employees poorly. Many of the managers regularly throw their employees under the bus and take credit for others accomplishments.

    Advice to Management

Upper management should have the HR department look into the way their managers treat their employees.
