Pros – Positive. Relaxed. Positive reinforcement. Encouraging. Supportive. Fair. Open door policy. Employee friendly. Customer service minded. Room for growth. Family friendly.
Cons – as with any small business, everyone wants to know all of your business. It yields a family like atmosphere for employees.
Advice to Senior Management – not really anything to add they are the experts in the field and the first to strike the path for the rest of us.
