    Pros

    Great benefits, positive work environment

    Cons

Management didn't get along or communicate. Most people were out for themselves and their own benefit. No chance to move up unless you knew someone.

    Advice to Management

Communicate more. The turnover there is high for a reason.

    Pros

With the New Commissioner we will be pushing the business out of a "Status Quo is OK" environment and moving on to a new chapter of Baseball with new challenges and expectations.

    Cons

Will we all be able to shift gears and move forward with new challenges to come? I certainly hope so.

    Pros

This was a great place for me to learn. They teach you hands on how to test and everything is very team oriented.

    Cons

Not really any cons. Maybe sometimes i felt I had nothing to do but when the work came, it kept you busy for a couple of days depending on the project.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work.
