Pros – Good company to work for. Hassle free employment. Good benefits.

Cons – Non for the company size it is.

Pros – Good exposure to business aspects, freedom to experiment within the specified boundaries. Training and development.

Cons – Instead of 9 hour shift, it has a 10 hour shift.

Advice to Senior Management – Empower employees.

Pros – Decent health and dental for a contracting company.
The payroll department was very helpful. They are very hands off (although maybe a little too much)

Cons – Slow to respond to requests.Not very supportive. They lowballed me in starting pay rate and were slow to bring me up to correct rate

Advice to Senior Management – Pay attention to your employees / contractors they are your representative at the customers site if they are unhappy it will reflect poorly on you

Pros – Nothing noteworthy that can be mentioned.

Cons – Plenty of them. Was a Business Developer over there in their Hyderabad office and did handsomely well. Got 8 customers(pharma, biotech & medical devices companies) from the US in one year. Got an RFP from a huge Pharma giant which was hijacked by my manager and shown to the CEO as his work. Did not get any recognition at all. Pathetic place to be in. They were getting all employees to sign a one year bond(last heard, it was 18 months bond). No work-life balance at all. You will be reprimanded if you go even 5 mins late to work and your half day's salary will be cut! No PF concept in this company. All in all, this company sucks and better be careful before you join.

Advice to Senior Management – Be cognizant of who works and who does not! Reward employees when good work is done. Keep a tab on managers because employees do not leave companies, they leave managers.

Pros – 24/7 operation provides an enriching environment for growth through regular employee interaction
of all businesses on daily basis as well as specially conducted company sponsored events.

Cons – Too many trainings choke you sometimes.

Advice to Senior Management – Expansion is fine but not at the expense of existing line of businesses.
