    Pros

    1) Good company to learn.
    2) Fast developing company.
    3) Accommodation and food provided.

    Cons

    1) Very poor work - life balance.
    2) Pay is bad.
    3) Profile promised is not what you would be doing.
    3) Difficult to have any social life because of the work.
    4) Do not get the support needed.

    Advice to Management

    1) Remember that employees are human beings and not machines to be used and disposed. Treat them as such and you would get the results you need.
    2) A little appreciation would go a long way.
    3) Give respect and you shall receive them in abundance.
    4) Remember a promise once made is to be kept.
