Pros
Still above avarage company to work for but not what it used to be. Company is flexible about balancing family life and work. Promote healthy lifesyle.
Cons
Growing pains make it difficult to focus on key priorities. Culture of drawing concensus is becomming more difficult with the rapid growth which is making it more difficult to effect change.
Advice to Senior Management
Need development plan for key contributers to company's success
