Pros – No real team leads capable of making a conducive environment to work.
Cons – Good package.
Good opportunity to grow.
Advice to Senior Management – Don't sit in US and think you can control everything through phone and once in a while visit. Nothing will happen as you imagine sitting there.
Pros – Good pay. American management layer is very encouraging and supportive.
Cons – Poor working environment. No support within your own team. Complete disconnect between departments. HR does not handle any of the issues presented to them. Also, though the core product of the company is a strong one with a strong customer base, the job one is assigned will be handled in such a way that one won't be able to learn much about the domain and will not have much in terms of career prospects. Will have to start from scratch if joining another company regardless of the number of years here.
Advice to Senior Management – HR function needs training on how what HR is supposed to do. Currently, the employee churn is entirely due to HR inciting employees to leave by creating situations to cause such a reaction.
