I have been working at Management Engineers full-time
Pros – The concept is different to other consulting firms, only experienced hires. This results in a very strong compentece base
Cons – Very German minded company, all important decisions taken over there. Other than that no negative things to mention
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

I have been working at Management Engineers
Pros – Great learning and training opportunity as the company is a competitor to McKinsey, BCG, and Bain with very competitive pay. This is a classical management consulting firm with alot of high exposure projects.
Cons – The company does not have any loyalty to its employees. Corporate ethics are clearly lacking at all levels of the organization and is significanlty hindering internal communication and growth. The sole purpose is for the partners to enrich their portflolio and equity value in the firm. If they implemented internally what they are working on with their clients it would be a great company with grown potential.
Advice to Senior Management – Treat your employees with respect, which is possible in the consulting industry and environment. This will enable you to "practice what you preach" and develop consultants as partners in your Boston, MA startup location.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
