    I have been working at Management Network Group as a contractor (less than an year)

    Pros

    I haven't been here very long, but everyone seems very supportive and responsive.

    Cons

    no local office, so no local support. no face time. no real security, as everything is "Full Time Contingent". Meaning no contract no work, and, no unemployment benefits.

    Pros

    Well known and respected within the telco industry doing McKinsey level strategy work (unfortunately not as well a respected name outside of telecom)

    Cons

    They pay their bills very timely (e.g.expenses) but any dip in their or the parents (TMNG) results in downsizing.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    You're a strategy firm! You should appreciate more than most you train and invest in your people so keep them around!
