Cons – on call constantly, and it can be tedious at times.
Advice to Senior Management – more clear direction on advancement.

“Great compensation, bad structure.”
Former Employee – worked at Managers Investment Group LLC
Pros – The pay is great and the benefits are really really great. Best health insurance available.
Cons – Bad time to be in financial services, sales and marketing departments are at odds. The company was formed in 2005 from four smaller investment management firms and it is still struggling to integrate.
Advice to Senior Management – Don't hire your friends and give them outrageous salaries.
