Dynamic, growing, chances to work on international project
Cons
Plan changes a lot; no formal training plan
Advice to Senior Management
Set up a formal internship program and build up a training process for newb.

Pros
The projects are wonderful and the people are great to work with.
Cons
Not enough developers to keep up with the demand of the new projects.
management does not trust employees. If you want to work from home, forget it. Even if you are a road warrior, you are still expected to be in the office when you are in town.
Advice to Senior Management
Trust employees that they are getting their work done and allow them more flexibility for work/life balance. Allow telecommuting options to employees.
