Good working environment and nice employees

Better working flexibility owing to greater traffic hurdles. Some amount of working from home option

- Immature Leadership.
- Even if you have no work, you will be called to work on Saturdays just because your team is called for work.
- Minimum requirement is about 60 hrs per week entire year.
- Demotivated and burned out employees.

Resign your jobs. you are very immature. Let people with management and leadership skills handle the projects.

It's a Supply Chain Leader Company.
If you are interested in Supply Chain Domain Knowledge then it's the right company.

Doesn't give credit to performance. However it depends on team to team. There is lot of Salary Disparity in the company.

They should give credit to performance. They should plan the project well such that work life balance for the employee is nice.

2) Can get to know abt the product being worked.
3) Good salary for beginners.

1) No more attractive salary for experienced people.
2) No long term goal.
3) Big gap b/w employees & top management, as the middle management playing all sort of internal games and keeping away the interaction between top management & employees... Few of them getting too political.
4) No Career Growth. You tend to do same kind of job even after 5 years in Manhattan, with only your designation being changed (if you are lucky!).
5) Minimal or no training. Managers need to be trained well for their responsibilities, before promoting them as MANAGERS.

Top Management or people from ALF has to pitch-in for more interaction between employees... The Directors or Senior Directors can meet the team at least once in a month & get to know the actual problem in the floor. Revive your Middle Management, as these people are hindering the vision of top management.

1. Buggy software that you don't get the time to ever fix properly because the deadlines are always unrealistic.
2. Politics between teams is rampant.
3. Most of the managers are terrible at their work and play favorites.
4. Impossible deadlines.
5. Lots of meaningless promises from management.
6. Talent does not get promoted. Talent leaves for other companies where pay is better and they're treated well.
Advice to Senior Management
1. Do whatever it takes to retain talent. Learn to treat them as people and not as replaceable cogs in a machine. Given the knowledge and experience they bring to work, they are not cogs.
2. Try to control the rampant favoritism at work.
3. Set realistic deadlines. This is easily the most important thing to do. The company's been burned time and time again by delivering buggy products to customers that were not properly certified because of impossible schedules. And yet, they fail to learn.
4. Senior managers should start meeting individuals or at least attend team meetings. They need to get their heads out of the clouds and their legs on the ground.

1. Enforce accountability at all the level not only at junior level.
2. Growth should be based on performance not years of experience.
Pros
You are constantly challenged at your. You are given responsibility very early in your career. You get to learn lot of new tech.
Cons
Lot of work pressure. Work life balance is bad. They plan very badly and give you touch deadlines. If you get a good manager, then you are fine.

Plan properly. Find out talents and reward them properly. Improve work-life balance.
