Poor work / life balance, short of resources , overworked stressed out workforce, continuous travel, archaic development methodologies, below par product quality.
Advice to Senior Management
Make people work out of their comfort zone ... give new people opportunities and see what they bring to the table.
Pros
Good Flexibility and great place to learn.
Cons
Promotion is based who can approach upper management better. Pay lesser than other company with similar role.
Advice to Senior Management
Management should look after their employee better when the employee put their heart and life to make company better. Provide better career path.
Pros
Lots of work and travel if you want it.
Cons
Below average salaries, benefits, and vacation time for consultants. No real career path - what you do today you will do tomorrow just more of it. Poor work/life balance. You are not a person but a resource, to be used anytime and anywhere.
Advice to Senior Management
All managers and above are spin masters and people realize that there is little truth in management communications.
Pros
Young staff, easy to fit in, good starter job.
Cons
Pay raises are abysmal when not promoted. Promotions follow no set path or time line. Changes by year.
Advice to Senior Management
When your employees bring in 300k+ a year, you should be willing to shell out a few more bucks for raises of said employees.
Pros
Best of Breed supply chain software solution provider. Good for starting a career. Can learn a lot regarding the supply chain industry domain.
Cons
Too many clients to handle at once. Not able to explore jobs in other departments to get a well rounded exposure.
Advice to Senior Management
I don't have any comments to the upper management this time. But would like to know on frequent basis the direction and vision of the company.

Top & Middle Heavy - Very heavy on middle and exec management
Work Philosophy-Very conservative in hiring which means people have to over work and push the limits for managers to be able to get additional hires

Shake people from comfort zone..Create a culture of making people think beyond their teams and departments but more in terms of looking at overall MA impact...
