You need to be lucky to be in the right team !

    Senior Consultant (Former Employee)
    Atlanta, GA

ProsChallenging projects. Huge scope of proving yourself.

ConsVery bad management. The team you are in matters a lot. No work life balance. The more you undertake the more work you are given. No appreciation, no compensation for overtime. Pretty basic bonus structure.

Advice to Senior ManagementPlease staff more people. Pay attention to the exit interviews and hear out why people are quitting so much. **It may be profitable to remove one senior person than to lose 10 good resources in a team**

Absolutely no no if you are in middle management

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsOne of the leaders in SCM domain

ConsThose joining the company are never told about signing legal papers which is a surprise to many including me on day 1.

Advice to Senior ManagementJust making people slog 45 hours will not make you efficient. Peek out from your cozy chair to understand what is going on.

Awful work culture, wouldn't recommended to anyone

    Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)
    Atlanta, GA

ProsIt is a job and you do get paid. The office building is nice and the gym is also nice and affordable.

ConsThe culture is awful. I worked in the development group and was in the sever minority as an American. Most of the people are from India and really have no desire to associate with Americans. A friend of mine who is Indian used to work with me at Manhattan and he told me people would ask him all of the time what he talked to me about.
If you worked in the development group you were expected to work 6 days a week. If you don't you are looked down upon. If you leave work before 7 you are also looked down upon and admonished by your manager.
I have never experienced such a horrible work environment and a company that doesn't care about their employees as much as Manhattan.

Advice to Senior ManagementFix the culture in development. Don't trap people in their jobs with a visa tied just to that company.
