    Pros

Most of the people were great to work with. You're given a lot of responsibility as opposed to being looked down at as new.

    Cons

Expected to work over 40 hours per week- typically 50-60. Weekend work was a normal thing. You have to travel and can be told a week or even just a day before.

    Advice to Management

Some managers were great. The one in charge of my department was arrogant and often lashed out before getting the full story in what was going on. Personally the management is the main reason I quit.

    Pros

Good chance to work on latest technologies and learn many internal frameworks. Get a chance to work on development as well as maintenance

    Cons

You many get bored of work after 3-4 years and may not be easy to move out of it. Not many chances of onsite

    Advice to Management

Its good to hire more people than burden existing ones. Can make work more fun rather than a birden

    Pros

Friendly people, great clients, forward vision for SCM. Benefits are pretty good and work space is improving with innovations. Good training opportunities.

    Advice to Management

    Listen.
