    good pay, great benefits and time off, scheduling, friendly work environment

    Cons

    there is basically no parking on campus, so you'll be hoofing it from the garage.

    Pros

    Small environment, everybody knows each other. Many opportunities for training, seminars, etc. Free tuition for you and your family. People are personable for the most part.

    Cons

    Working from home. Very political in terms of getting projects and budgets approved. Everybody has an opinion that they would like heard, so things can take awhile to get done at times.

    Pros

    Great place, wonderful people. Engaging environment. The educational and cultural activities for all members of the community, faculty,staff administration , students etc allow you to experience different events that you would not normally try. The Senior Management staff go out of their way to welcome you to the College

    Due to size limited advancement in your field from within.

    Continue to improve what they are doing. Work on more communication in smaller groups across departments.
