    low salary, bad HR response when u are leaving the company.

    Advice to Management

    Teach your HR to respect when talking. One of your HR spoke very rude with my mom on phone. shame on you in this society.

    chaotic at times
    too many centres of hierarchy
    apart from main branch in banglore other places are not efficient in terms of manpower but are expected to work that well.

    monitor your unitheads not just for KPIs but also for their work ethics

    Pros

    being one of the best hospitals in country you get to see lot of rare cases if you are a medical graduate you would learn a lot

    Cons

    salary is less , working schedule is hectic .

    Pros

    very co-operative nursing team and supports from seniors and varies departments and a good relations with doctors helps us 2 work as a tension free employee

    according to my department,in OT the work load is too high and we are not gettig the salary depends on the work load;Medcal benefits are not free for the hospital staff

    should do somthig that good for al the employees,never do anything as partiality..

    If u don't talk to much to any one there,,,, and don't make any friend's there and don't tell ur personal thing to any one,,,,,,

    Its really nice place to work there but the senior people has spoiled the place to much were the new comers cant grow up there,,,,, that easily,,,,,

    please make sure when some one is leaving Manipal the manager should talk to them in any case,,,,, bcs the senior are hurting them to much and people should leave the place force fully and lot of pain,,,,,
