Pros – They are staying true to providing qualified candidates for clients and recognize individual value and pay accordingly. They have the heart to move towards the future.
Cons – They have people on the front lines who see the potential but the corporate side of the business is not trusting enough in the knowledge/experience to leap first into new opportunities. Leave the people who can take them to the next level high and dry when a contract ends.
Advice to Senior Management – Strategize - Have a vision, plan for the future and MAKE A PLAN! Don't wait till a contract is on it's way out before throwing a plan together you will committ to.
