    Cons

I had to be able to muti-task as the maintenence person to versatility was a challenge. i had to make sure I paid attention to detail, or that would boomerang the operation

    Pros

Good communication. Offer benefits though they are not like a fulltime. In my case they also sponsored a work visa, which I appreciate a lot. If you do well for them, they don't hesitate to work for you

    Cons

Did not experience much of any problems yet. I would like offers to go up in career from them periodically.

Former Employee - Recruiter in Madison, IN

    Pros

I enjoyed working from home & the position required self-motivation. The wage and benefits were good.

    Cons

My Team was working on a contract project. Our goals were not clearly defined. Management one level above was not ready to handle this operation. We were "let go" on a conference call.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Training was good although not well thought out by the client. HR should have reached out to field recruiters when contract was pulled to discuss "what's next". This is an employment company, so why not try to keep trained individuals?

    Pros

ManpowerGroup Solutions is best company I've worked for in the staffing industry. I love that everyone understands the importance of recruiting and what recruiters have to deal with on a daily basis. Management is very supportive and doesn't micromanage.

    Cons

The benefits department is the worst I've ever dealt with. Everyone is clueless, can't answer simple questions, and it takes forever to resolve issues. Compensation is very low, and Manpower doesn't take one's geographic location into consideration regarding salary.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

It shouldn't be so difficult to receive answers regarding benefits. Employees shouldn't have to jump through hoops to receive answers to simple questions regarding benefits. Regarding compensation, Manpower also should take into consideration that the cost of living varies in different parts of the USA.
