I worked at Manuel B Solis Jr
Pros – High Salary and Great deal of experience for beginners. They will allow you to go to court with very little training or prior experience.
Cons – Your travel will be remarkably high. They make immigration attorneys travel to all of the jails on a moment's notice, and many of them are several hours away. You are given your assignments at the beginning of a week, so whether it's court or something else, you have a maximum of a week to prepare. Everyone is an at-will employee, whether you are an attorney or a staff. If you are a staff member, you will also be signing a non-compete agreement, so you cannot work in a law firm in the vicinity. This is especially bad considering the very high turnover.
Advice to Senior Management – The law firm would be better managed as a traditional law firm where the attorneys have their own list of cases. More control would help control the turnover.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
