You do not have a glass ceiling. Not enough talented managers -- typically the industry hires from within its own ranks.

Cons

There are no downsides -- you get to talk with the common man/ women who is usually very interested to be in the presence of a professional; however the above is limited by the "housing crisis."

Advice to Senior Management

Each State has a Public relations organization that helps a State understand its needs, trends, and future developments. These Management orginazations are great!
