Current Employee – been working at Manufacturing & Industrial Technologies
Pros – Fair wages. Reasonable and logical thinking management. Recruiters work hard to inform employee's and pursue new opportunities. Direct hire possibilities.
Cons – Contract work. Can be temp, but may lead into direct hire.
Advice to Senior Management – Just to continue being fervent in seeking new opportunities for employee's and keeping good client relations.
