    Pros

Higher than average rate of pay for management, lots of career opportunities. The people can be great -especially at the plants.

    Cons

Hugely management top heavy, very bureaucratic, very difficult to make change. the management structure is very, very over inflated and needs to be trimmed. It is drowning in high paid help not doing a lot.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The numerous levels of management need to be trimmed ASAP.

    Pros

The values do mean something in this company. Strong brands and strong position in the industry. People are held accountable for their work. Work-life balance is okay.

    Cons

Compensation is below average. The company has been undergoing many changes with plant closures and implementation of new systems. Seems very disorganized. Avoid this company for a few years until things settle down. New hires in corporate positions may not get adequate training. Top heavy with management.

    Pros

no pros other than a weekly paycheck

    Cons

Very cold, fast paced environment. Employees treated like second class citizens. And management very top heavy. Supervisors are just as overworked as the production workers and only taking orders from upper management. Lots of finger pointing and blame but never any positive recognition.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Listen to your workers and instead of blaming people, make some changes
