I worked at Maple Life Financial

    Pros

The people, hours and benefits are all good at Maple Life Financial. It is a relatively laid back place to work.

    Cons

There isn't much support for continued growth and not much structure as far as job training and project management go.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Although it is a small company, setting up a structured work training environment will help new employees get up to speed and advance quicker.
