Free ice cream! Friendly atmosphere. Always got to make people happy. Tips made for good gas money to get to and from work.

The store would always be dead at night on weekends during the winter but we would never close early and if we started to clean up early even then we got in trouble.

...that's about it, but considering the prices I wouldn't be eating the ice cream if it wasn't free.

-Often had to work alone, which is completely unsafe.
-Only some people were trained in specific tasks and using certain appliances so much of the work would land their way, while other people had nothing to do.
-Customers can be extremely rude.

Need better training and scheduling.

I worked for this company when they were based out of Houston. They were good people to work for.

I cannot think of any down sides. They are a company that wants to succeed.

They offered flexible hours and the work environment was fun.

Incompetent, hypocritical management, who was never even there and hardly ever knew what was going on in the store. Had no real method of promoting employees.

Show up every now and then. Don't be discriminatory.
