    Great work culture, happy environment

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsMy immediate supervisor is great - she brings up the other employees in the office, always being positive and ready to lead.

ConsYour to-do list seems never ending, although this can be ok. Working in a small unit can mean you are responsible for many activities outside your specified job description.

Advice to Senior ManagementConstant communication is key.

No positive feedback. Turnover blamed on staff, not environment. National takes no accountability for lost sponsors.

    Anonymous (Current Employee)

ProsInteraction with teams, sponsors and community is very rewarding.

ConsLow pay and little support. Structure is divisive. MODs hires employees who can't get jobs elsewhere.

Advice to Senior ManagementAcknowledge positive. Negative feedback without only doesn't motivate employees to work harder to reach goals. Policies and procedures must be practiced fairly and consistently.
