Pros – Help reduce birth defects and infant mortality - their research seems solid and recognized.
Cons – Development approach lacks innovation, current thinking, and very poor morale. New employees are committed to the mission only to get burned out quickly by poor leadership.
Advice to Senior Management – Develop team approach and take away old fashioned top down hierarchy-style management. Listen to middle management!
