Old Fashion management with a mission employees try to support

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee) San Francisco, CA

ProsHelp reduce birth defects and infant mortality - their research seems solid and recognized.

ConsDevelopment approach lacks innovation, current thinking, and very poor morale. New employees are committed to the mission only to get burned out quickly by poor leadership.

Advice to Senior ManagementDevelop team approach and take away old fashioned top down hierarchy-style management. Listen to middle management!

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
