I have been working at March of Dimes (More than a year)

Help reduce birth defects and infant mortality - their research seems solid and recognized.

Development approach lacks innovation, current thinking, and very poor morale. New employees are committed to the mission only to get burned out quickly by poor leadership.

    Advice to Management

Develop team approach and take away old fashioned top down hierarchy-style management. Listen to middle management!
