2. Open Culture: The culture is open and friendly. You get to meet and to talk with seniors pretty often.It really opens up your mind to the company functioning.
3. Cross function exposure : Here the person can move from any function to any other function. We have examples here of people moving from sales to supply chain/ Finance to HR.
4. Growth Oriented : Marico is very aggressive and growth driven. It has challenger mentality. It competes with bigger MNCs for growth.
