Details
Pros
Able to interact with numerous people everyday. Can learn how to cook mexican food if you stay long enough. Can develop more Spanish speaking skills on the job. More of a female- oriented restaurant, with some males mixed in.
Cons
Dead end job, some employees have worked there for 20 years without to much advancements. Pay is always near minimum. More of a family run restaurant, outsiders might take a while to fit in.ONly one week a year vacation.. More of a workplace for immigrants from Spanish speaking countries. Located in a bad area of Los Angeles.
Advice to Senior Management
give raises to those who deserve
