    Pros

Build great relationships with co-workers, and they all truly want everyone to succeed. I loved being able to practically make my own schedule, and managers were very understanding if schedules changed. Professional yet laid-back.

    Cons

I don't have much criticism to give for this company. Unfortunately it is out of business now, I will really miss it.

    Pros

Great management. Very devoted to the employees. Unlike most retail employers, people stay here upwards of 30 years! This says something.

    Cons

Like all commission jobs, things can get competitive among sales associates. Also, the company has had some financial issues in the last few years.

    Advice to Management

You have dedicated employees. They are professional and are experts in what they do. Although the economy was hit hard, there are certain expenses you can cut back on for customers (free alterations) that will ensure you stay around longer.

    Pros

Great staff, great clothes, and very laid back.

    Cons

For part timers the hours can be less than 15 hours per week. Not enough foot traffic to keep you busy.
