    Pros

great benefits, good people, still tries to be employee oriented

    Cons

Since becoming a public company, bottom line matters more than employees

    Advice to Management

go back to the days when the founder was in charge of company. Company truly followed the pillars set by the founder.

    Pros

Coworkers and team lead were great. Flexible schedule.

    Cons

Not what was promised when I was recruited by them. I was only given 2 weeks my position was eliminated. Lots of ups and downs. Some teams seem to lack motivation.

    Pros

Very flexible work hours and self managed environment

    Cons

Job security is not always guaranteed

    Advice to Management

Because this is a weekend job, it would be a lot more helpful if management was easier to get in contact with over the weekend.

    Pros

Great work life balance, great benefits, team builds. Great place to get experience to get hired direct to a different Tech company.

    Cons

Pay is not competetive. Management doesn't know anything about products or responsibilities. All they know is how to kiss up to the client. Training is awful. Upper management is never heard from or seen. They have no clue as to whats going on.

    Advice to Management

    N/A

  8. Family friendly, good work-life balance, managers that care about their employees, room for growth.

    Pros

Great people in most of BI, lots of talented creative people, good work-life balance. Some room for career growth.

    Cons

There could be more flexibility in job functions and roles.

    Advice to Management

Marketstar has been a great place to learn and even grow. Management I've dealt with directly has been absolutely wonderful. I think there could be more room for employees to grow and start picking up projects, new or old, by applying themselves in new ways (new skills, new ideas, etc.).

-Work independently and bring your whole self to work
-Great training really makes you an expert in your product
-Company represents many products so there are always opportunities for new work

    Cons

    Pros

The money was good. I liked my job.

    Cons

Restructuring management a lot. You never know for sure if you're going to still have a job next week. Worked every weekend, time off highly discouraged. Didn't feel appreciated.

    Advice to Management

Don't keep everything a secret. We don't know what's happening from day to day.
