“a place with many bright and hard working employees but senior management could be better”
Current Employee – been working at Marketing Analytics
Pros – a lot of smart people that you could learn from, definitely a good place for self motivator and fast learner
very nice benefit package
well known brands
Cons – very small company, needs to work on employee's career development plan (for instance, training, etc.), needs to work on work/life balance
Advice to Senior Management – more communications from senior management to employees are needed; need to improve employee's career development plan; need to work on fair evaluations/promotions
